Finding the right rental and when to rent..for weddings, parties,events,or a show

First you need to decide how many people will be attending...if its a rental and you have 235 people attending you will want a large hall...like chesterhouse banqueting and catering in westerly and you want to book as soon as possible no later then 1yr to 6 months in advance..we have great hook ups on all inclusive packages ..and this is important because your budget will be important in you choice..is it indoor or outdoor.. A company like Purpleorchidbooking has alot of options..so after you have an idear it would be a good idear to get set up a consultation a few months before your booking deadline..
If your going to host a musical, comedy or play show you would want to choose a theater to accommodate your show small one or a larger theater that can accommodate up to 1000 people...
Then look for package deals and quality..
